Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All our apparel products are made to order and require 3-5 business days for customization before being shipped out. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Duration Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia): 2-5 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and external factors such as weather, customs clearance, and high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and social media.

4. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through our designated courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Errors Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during transit. However, if you encounter such issues, please contact us, and we will assist in lodging a report with the courier service.

7. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. International shipping may be available in the future.
